Velvan Temple

Velvan temple is other prime attraction for tourists in Yelagiri. Dedicated to Lord Murugan, this temple is construction atop a hillock, with a giant statue of Gadothgajan in front. During the months of July-August, colorful festivals are organized at the temple premise. These festivals very well displays the vibrant culture of the region.

Swamimalai Hill

It is another lustrous tourist spot in Yelagiri. Positioned at a height of 4,338 ft, Swamimalai hill is a great fun to climb on hilltop as it provides you a splendid view of the valley from the top. Jalagamparai Waterfalls

The cascading Jalagamparai waterfall, located at an hour's trek from Yelagiri is very famous among lovebirds. Created by the Attaru river, which flows through the Yelagiri hills, Jalagamparai waterfalls is a beautiful spot for picnic.
